1、With more than 5 years of sales experience in UV inks; majors in chemical engineering, packaging and printing are preferred; candidates with printing equipment sales experience are preferred.

2、Sharp market awareness, excellent analytical skills, communication and expression skills, and interpersonal skills.

3、With more than 3 years of team leadership experience; good at guiding team members' growth and using management methods such as goal management to achieve sales targets.

Compensation: Basic salary (RMB 10,000-15,000) + commission, with an annual income of RMB 200,000-300,000.

Sales Management Trainee

1、Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or printing-related majors.

2、Interest in sales work.

3、Possess a driver's license; candidates with driving skills are preferred.

Assistant Sales Engineer → Sales Engineer → Sales Supervisor → Sales Manager → Sales Director → Deputy General Manager of Sales

Career Development Path: 3-6 months of factory training → Assignment to sales regions across the country

During Factory Training Period: Monthly salary of RMB 5,000-6,000 (room and board included), working hours: 8 hours a day, 5.5 days a week.

Sales Commission Stage: Salary based on job level and rank, with basic salary (RMB 8,000-15,000) + commission; annual income of RMB 100,000-300,000.
